MeiKai Chinese Therapy complies with the Victorian Health Records Act 2000. Your details are kept strictly confidential. No information about you will be released to any organisation, person, including another family member, without your express permission, or unless stipulated by law.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make an appointment.

• 24 + hours notice. No fee is chargeable, but rebooking is appreciated.
• Under 24 hours notice. Half the fee (undiscounted) is payable.
• No notice. Or no show. The full fee is payable.

Any fees so payable must be settled in full before a next appointment can be accepted.
Some circumstances permit flexibility to this general policy. We are very much affected if you do not keep your appointment.
